Jon Sauber is a Penn State beat writer at the Centre Daily Times. His sportswriting has been featured in Yahoo, Rivals, the NCAA and the Indianapolis Star. Jon earned his journalism degree as a proud Nittany Lion, and got his masters at IUPUI.
Tim Frazier is a nine-year NBA veteran and a First-Team All-Big Ten graduate of Penn State. Though he was born and raised in Houston, Tim endured himself to Happy Valley with career averages of around 12 points, 4 rebounds and 5 assists. Though he turned heads with his insane hops and creative dunking, Tim established himself as a reliable NBA game manager and backup floor general. As a member of the New Orleans Pelicans in 2016, he put up a 21-point, 14-assist outing; with the Milwaukee Bucks in 2019, he scored a career-high 29 points and added 13 dimes. Though he’s shared locker rooms with the likes of Damian Lillard, Anthony Davis and Giannis Antetokounmpo, Tim still embodies the gritty underdog spirit of Penn State hoops.
